Of
course, we measure the results and impact of the training. Each participant follows his development in a Course record Card, where he can see his development.
All participants receive a certificate afterwards and an anonymous summary of the individual results of the whole group, as seen below.
Course results
The links below, displayes some typical course results from various companies and market segments. You will see which reading speed the partcipants had at the beginning and at the end of the course, measured in Words per Minute (WpM) and what comprehension he had at that time, measured in percentage. The Effective Reading Rate (ERR) is the factor of those two multiplied. The ERR commonly doubles or even triples over thi stwo day training!
